ISO 9001:2026:
The ISO Technical Committee 176 is advancing the ISO 9001:2026 revision, with the Draft International Standard (DIS) released in August 2025, the Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) in early 2026, and publication anticipated in September 2026. The Annex SL structure remains, with refinements in leadership accountability, ethical conduct, quality culture, risk integration, knowledge management, and supplier assurance. The 2024 climate change amendment requires organizations to address climate considerations in their contextual analysis and stakeholder expectations.
